I used to do all that bending over to stake my tomatoes till i learned a pretty useful trick. Thread the twine thru half inch pvc tubing, tie it off to the first stake, then hold the box in one hand with the twine entering thru the top of the pvc tubing, which you hold in the other hand. Then all you have to do is walk along the row and weave the pvc around the stakes. Eliminates a lot of bending over. Your tomatoes get so tall that you might need several lengths of tubing throughout the season. Maybe you’ve tried it.
